By using The Void, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use The Void.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use The Void. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
• You are responsible for all content posted through your account.
• You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data.

Content You Post

• You retain ownership of the content you create.
• By posting content, you grant The Void a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content as part of operating the service.
• This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Harasses, bullies, or threatens others.
• Contains hate speech or discrimination.
• Is sexually explicit or exploitative.
• Promotes violence or self-harm.
• Is spam or deceptive.
• Violates any applicable law.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Reporting

Users can report content they believe violates these terms. We review reports and take action as we see fit. Reported content is hidden from the reporter.

No Warranty

The Void is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Void and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of The Void after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
